Modular panels for cold rooms

COSTAN cold storage panels are built using the most advanced technologies available, both for production facilities and for food cold chain preservation and maintenance.
The system of construction of cold rooms using pre-assembled modular panels, in addition to reducing installation times, allows its expansion or disassembly and reassembly in a different location with ease and in minimum time, according to the functional and working needs.
Fully insulated in injected polyurethane and manufactured under international safety and health standards, they ensure greater thermal resistance, superior to other installations that use polystyrene, resulting in lower electricity consumption.

Thicknesses available: 60-80-100-120-150-200 mm

Coating: - Pre-painted sheet metal. - Galvanized steel sheet. - AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. - AISI 430 stainless steel sheet.

Insulation material: Rigid polyurethane foam injected in press, density 40 kg/m3.

Coefficient of thermal conductivity: 0.23 W/m ºC.

Foaming agent: Freon Ecological R 141 b

Flammability characteristics of the foam: Flame retardant class R1 according to ABNT standard (Brazilian Technical Standards Association).
